Ray Wilson

Ray Wilson
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIARay Wilson founded and led for 30 years the financial services company, Wilson Dilworth Limited, which was acquired by Perpetual Limited in 2001. He was Chairman of Hastings Funds Management Limited, and a Non-Executive Director of MCS Property Limited and Warakirri Asset Management Ltd. He became PMY’s inaugural Chairman in 2017.
Ray graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Degree with Honours) and a Diploma of Education from the University of Melbourne. His community service as a director or trustee has included the Victorian Institute of Sport, The Colman Foundation, The Ray & Margaret Wilson Foundation, the AFL Players Association and two school boards. He played professional AFL football with the Hawthorn Football Club, and has been granted life membership of Hawthorn FC, The AFL Players Association and the Melbourne University Football Club.

Bobby Sharma

Bobby Sharma
NEW YORK, USABobby Sharma is the Founder & Managing Partner of Bluestone Equity Partners, a leading institutionally-backed private equity firm focused on the sports, media & entertainment industry, based in New York City.
Sharma was previously Managing Partner of investment advisory firms Blue Devil Holdings and Electronic Sports Group, and a Partner at private equity firm General American Capital Partners, including serving as Vice Chairman & CEO of portfolio company Soccerex.
Prior to that, Sharma was Global Head of Basketball & Strategic Initiatives at IMG, where he led the growth of a range of businesses worldwide, including the management of global sports media rights, and the creation, development, and oversight of basketball, soccer, and cricket properties – from grassroots programs and academies, to national teams and professional leagues – with a focus on major emerging markets.
Before that, Sharma was Vice President & General Counsel of the NBA Development League
for nearly a decade, helping establish and operate the National Basketball Association’s first minor league. He also led the creation of the NBA’s first international league consulting business.Sharma also practiced law at several leading law firms, including Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in NYC, and served on the presidential campaign staff of the former U.S. Senator and Basketball Hall of Famer Bill Bradley.
He is a graduate of Duke University and Duke Law School.

Leigh Clifford

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIALeigh Clifford had a 37-year career with Rio Tinto, retiring as Chief Executive in 2007. He was Chairman of Qantas from 2007 to 2018 and held Non-Executive Director roles with Barclays Bank and Freeport-McMoRan. He was a partner and Non-Executive Director of Bechtel Inc USA from 2009 to 2022. He is currently the Deputy Chairman of LGT Crestone.
Leigh is a qualified mining engineer, with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining), 1st Class Honours, from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Engineering Science. In 2021 he was awarded an honorary doctorate, Doctor of Laws, by the University of Melbourne.

Elizabeth’s background includes more than two decades of retail experience, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce, global P&L management, and technological acumen. Elizabeth has extensive expertise in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector, strategy, transformation, and delivering impactful results.

Kevin Tsujihara

Kevin Tsujihara
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, USAMr. Tsujihara is a Founder and Managing Partner of Alignment Growth, where he serves on the firm’s investment committee.
Mr. Tsujihara has over two decades of senior executive operating experience within the Media & Entertainment industry. Prior to founding Alignment Growth, Mr. Tsujihara was the Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros., where he oversaw a $16 billion P&L. In addition to this role as Chairman and CEO, a position he held for six years, Mr. Tsujihara held numerous roles during his 26-year tenure with Warner Bros., including President of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Executive Vice President of New Media, and Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development.
At Warner Bros., Mr. Tsujihara’s many accomplishments included tripling Warner Bros.’ growth rate, leading to the company’s most profitable year in 2018, transforming DC Entertainment into a growth engine for Warner Bros and delivering billions of dollars in revenues across Film/TV, Games, and Consumer Products.
Mr. Tsujihara currently serves on the Boards of Fever, Spyglass Media Group, PMY Group, FIBA Basketball JB, Liteboxer, Stanford Cancer Research and YOOM. He is a Board Observer at Elefantec.
Mr. Tsujihara received his BS from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Stanford University.

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIAAngus Drysdale was appointed Chief Financial Officer of PMY Group in May 2021, after serving as the company’s Head of Investments since 2018. As CFO, Angus is responsible for overseeing strategic finance, corporate development, and investor relations.
With over 15 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational oversight, Angus brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Prior to joining PMY Group, he worked at Deloitte Australia, where he gained valuable experience in financial consulting and advisory services.
Angus holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIAMillie Lacey is an experienced and strategic legal professional with a strong background in corporate law, risk management, and compliance. As General Counsel at PMY Group, she plays a pivotal role in guiding the company through legal complexities while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Millie holds degrees in both Law and Finance, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of both legal and financial frameworks. She spent eight years at Allens Linklaters, where she honed her technical skills and gained extensive experience in corporate transactions, contract negotiation, and governance.
Outside of her professional life, Millie embraces an active lifestyle, balancing her career with spending quality time with her children and being involved in their various sporting clubs.
As a trusted advisor to PMY Group’s executive leadership, Millie is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and driving business success through sound legal and corporate governance strategies.

Logan Meier
SVP – USA
Logan Meier
USALogan has an extensive background managing technology, creative, production teams, and marketing content. Logan has experience in overseeing the development and growth of digital platform services. He has worked directly with executive leadership, product, engineering, marketing and sales teams to ideate and launch new digital products and services within the aviation and retail industries.
Logan has also successfully developed, pitched and launched a consumer-facing e-commerce platform integration for three major North American airports during the 2020 pandemic. Inclusive of his role, as Vice President of Emerging Technology, Logan has lead investment due diligence and negotiation for digital investments, alongside ongoing management of strategic partnerships and integrations with digital start-ups. Prior to this, Logan designed and oversaw the installation of a nation wide out-of-home media network for Unibail–Rodamco-Westfield, which led to an additional $10M annual revenue.

Known for her strategic mindset and results-oriented leadership, Emily brings deep expertise in technology strategy, digital transformation, and solution delivery, for Australia’s major events and complex live environments.
As the leader of PMY Group’s Asia-Pacific business, Emily works across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning sports, entertainment, and major events. Her work centres on leveraging technology to enhance fan engagement, streamline venue operations, and deliver scalable solutions that create lasting commercial value. She plays a pivotal role in partnering with Australia’s most iconic events and venues, building trusted, long-term relationships that enable success.
Emily is passionate about developing high-performing, collaborative teams while encouraging a positive and respectful workplace culture.

Jordi Cuartero

Jordi Cuartero
BARCELONAJordi is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in technology management. He currently serves as the Executive General Manager for EMEA at PMY Group. As an Executive in PMY, Jordi has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and expanding its presence in key European markets.
Prior to joining PMY Group in 2022, Jordi held various technology leadership roles in the areas of digital services, managed services and innovation in various sectors. He was CTO for the Major Events division of Atos where he participated in the technology planning and execution at multiple Olympic Games. Jordi has successfully managed diverse and multi-cultural teams across different countries, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of high-profile projects. Jordi is a Telecommunications Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Costa Alexiou
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIACosta Alexiou is the SVP of PMY’s Intelligence business, which focuses on Data & AI and how organisations can strategically own, control, and activate their data to support their strategic goals.
Under Costa’s leadership, PMY has significantly expanded its global footprint, forming strategic partnerships across our sport, media and entertainment portfolio, including leading PMY’s global relationships with Google, AWS, and Azure.
Costa has extensive global experience in investment funds management, business advisory, corporate structuring, debt raising, business operations, and strategic planning.
Prior to his role at PMY, Costa was the CEO of Drapac Capital Partners where he led the successful expansion of the property investment group into the US market.
Earlier in his career, Costa held senior roles with Pitcher Partners (Baker Tilly International) and Santander Bank in London.
Costa also currently serves on the Board of Directors for WT, a global cost management & advisory firm in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

He leads PMY’s dedicated Sport, Venues & Major Events unit, which is a specialised team of event technology veterans assisting sporting organisations, venue operators and event organisers to plan, scope, budget, design, procure, deliver, monetise and operate Technology to achieve organisational objectives.
Prior to joining PMY in 2015, John held a variety of senior technology management roles, including COO for a sports software company, Head of Digital & ICT for a national sports organisation, and various leadership roles delivering technology for sports, venues and events including multiple Olympics and World Cups.
John is a results-driven executive with a unique combination of strategic, operational, technical and commercial expertise, and a proven track record for achieving win-win outcomes through technology.

With a deep background in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and event systems infrastructure, Joe specialises in bridging technology with business outcomes to enhance fan experiences, operational efficiency, and digital transformation in the sports and entertainment industry.
Throughout his career, Joe has partnered with Fortune 500 corporations, professional sports organisations, and global events, deploying advanced data solutions, network infrastructure, and AI-driven insights to reshape the live event and venue landscape. He has also provided on-site technology leadership for over 20 Tennis Grand Slams, ensuring seamless operations at high-profile international events.
As PMY Group’s Global CTO, Joe plays a pivotal role in helping clients define, develop, and execute technology and data strategies that drive innovation and measurable results. His expertise spans smart venue technology, AI-powered analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, positioning PMY at the forefront of intelligent solutions.
Originally from North Carolina, Joe and his family relocated to Melbourne, Australia, in 2021, where he continues to influence global technology initiatives from PMY’s corporate headquarters. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and supporting his daughters in soccer. While deeply rooted in American sports, he has embraced Australian footy culture, becoming a passionate member of the Geelong Cats and Brisbane Broncos.

Charles Adkinson

Charles Adkinson
DALLAS, TEXAS, USACharles oversees sales and revenue and strategic business relationships for Sports and Entertainment in the United States over all of PMY’s companies while also maintaining his role since 2015 as a Principal at WJHW with a deep history and subject matter expertise in large venue and sports project development. He has worked in nearly every facet of the entertainment industry from theatrical stagehand to executive leadership for large scale vertically integrated manufacturers.
This unique blend of experience has provided Charles with the knowledge of not only the various technology disciplines and processes required to complete modern Stadiums, Arenas, and other large format projects, but also gives him a special insight into the entire project process and the unique challenges our clients face from equipment manufacturing, to system design; procurement, installation, budgeting, forecasting, and operations.

SAN FRANCISCO, USAConsidered one of the leading customer analytics and digital measurement experts in the world, Gary is SVP of Analytics and Data at PMY. At PMY, he helps clients activate their data platforms and provide integrated customer analytics throughout the organization. A long-time expert in people-measurement and crowd management, he helps PMY’s many live clients develop integrated crowd management approaches supported by detailed flow analytics measurement using technologies like lidar and AI-Camera.
Previously, Gary was the CEO and founder of Digital Mortar. Digital Mortar was a pioneer in the comprehensive collection and measurement of the customer journey in retail stores and physical locations. Before Digital Mortar, Gary led Ernst & Young’s Digital Analytics & Digital Transformation Practice helping a variety of Fortune 500 clients create digital-first strategies driven by careful measurement, experimentation and continuous improvement methodologies. EY acquired Gary’s first venture – Semphonic – in 2013. As President and founder, Gary grew Semphonic to be the leading digital analytics practices in the United States.
Voted the most Influential Industry Contributor by the Digital Analytics Association, Gary blogs at measuringthedigitalworld.com. His book, Measuring the Digital World, was published in 2016 by the Financial Times Press.

LONDON, ENGLANDStephen Lord is the Group CEO of KOJO, the award-winning sports, experiences and entertainment company that leads PMY’s experience division.
Now based in the United States, Stephen oversees KOJO’s global strategy and international growth while maintaining its commitment to creative excellence and innovation. He works closely with clients and partners to deliver immersive, world-class experiences across sport, entertainment, and major events.
Stephen joined KOJO in 2013, first as General Manager, before progressing through senior roles including Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Director for Creative and Sport.
Under his leadership, KOJO has expanded its footprint in Australia and New Zealand and entered new markets across the United States, Asia and Europe. The company has delivered high-impact experiences for organisations such as the FIFA Women’s World Cup, ICC T20 World Cups (Men’s and Women’s), the AFL, Cricket Australia, The Hong Kong Sevens, Grand Slam Track, The Football Association and the Women’s Six Nations Championship. Stephen also supported the growth of KOJO’s post-production studio, supporting world-class picture post and VFX across all stages of production.
With more than 20 years’ experience in digital marketing, media and sport, Stephen brings a unique blend of strategic insight and creative leadership. His focus continues to drive KOJO’s mission to captivate and inspire audiences through bold creativity, strategic thinking, and innovative technology.

Dale Roberts

Dale Roberts
ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIADale Roberts has been a director and board member at KOJO since first joining the company in January 1996, and along with Group CEO Stephen Lord, are the company’s key drivers of its broad business interests through Sport, Events, and Entertainment.
Dale has built a reputation as a highly creative and strategic business executive over the past 30 years, with his approach to business fuelling the strategic direction of KOJO as it continually evolves to meet the needs of clients across Australia and around the world.
Dale is an award-winning film editor and has held numerous senior management positions at KOJO over the past 28 years. He was appointed Managing Partner in June 2011 and then CEO in January 2013. He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organisation) a global network of CEOs and MD’s with approximately 24,000 members across 130 countries.
