Sports Business Awards 2025 – Outstanding Sports Venue Experience

PMY was a finalist at the The Sports Business Awards 2025 for Outstanding Sports Venue Experience.

With the addition of PMY’s Experience division, KOJO, our combined work at Principality Stadium in Wales set a new benchmark in live sport – blending technology, storytelling, and tradition to deliver unforgettable match day moments.

We delivered end-to-end technology and fan experience for both the Wales v England Men’s Six Nations fixture (10 February 2025) and the Women’s Six Nations match (9 March 2025) – both hosted at Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

The brief: to design and deliver an elevated, emotionally resonant fan experience for both major sporting matches.

Rather than treating the matches as separate events, we developed a unified creative and technical approach to showcase Welsh culture, maximise stadium technology, and deliver a premium presentation standard across both fixtures.

Our work included creating a cinematic team entry experience, a modern Welsh pageantry experience, created and produced the halftime show featuring The Stickmen Project. In addition, our operations and technical delivery teams installed and tested AV, lighting and FX systems. Seamless execution was critical and achieved.
