Reflect reconciliation action plan

PMY Group’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan endorsed by Reconciliation Australia  

Melbourne, 12 November 2025 – PMY Group is proud to have its Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) officially endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to reconciliation and cultural inclusion. 

The Reflect RAP serves as a pivotal framework for PMY Group to cultivate meaningful relationships and deepen cultural understanding across its operations through seven key actions. 

PMY Group Executive General Manager, APAC, Emily McGrath said she looks forward to implementing internal initiatives that increase awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander traditions and commemorating important dates throughout the year.  

“We are honoured to have our Reflect RAP endorsed by Reconciliation Australia as we embark on our reconciliation journey. Over the next 12 months, we will collectively celebrate First Nations culture, history, and traditions as we continue our work at the intersection of technology, venues, and events.”

The artwork featured in our RAP, titled Together, We Grow, was created by Aimee McCartney of Luruk-In, an Australian Aboriginal business.  

The piece symbolises unity, resilience, and shared future goals. Each circle represents PMY’s locations across Australia, serving as gathering places where communities come together to share knowledge and build relationships.
