PMY welcomes global Chief Operating Officer to support accelerated growth

New York, 2 February 2026 – PMY Group (PMY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Wagner as its global Chief Operating Officer to further accelerate the company’s growth and lead its operations.

A respected industry veteran, based in Buffalo New York, Matt has more than 20 years’ experience driving growth and delivering organizational transformation, building high performing teams and leading complex operations across financial services, hospitality and tech-enabled platforms at Sodexo Live!, Delaware North, and Goldman Sachs.

Matt joins PMY following a sustained period of growth where the technology, intelligence and experience solutions company has expanded into 15 countries servicing 1,200 plus clients. Matt will spearhead the next phase of PMY’s journey alongside founder and CEO, Paul Yeomans, and PMY’s global executive team.

Before joining PMY, Matt held the role of Executive Vice President at Sodexo Live! where he led strategy, growth, partnership services, and commercial performance across a multi-billion-dollar North American portfolio supporting more than 120 venues of sports, cultural, convention, and entertainment clients.
