Security Solutions Examples Across 24 Schools for Carrollton-Farmers ISD
As part of a three-year effort, True North (A PMY Company) provided consulting, design, bidding support, and contract administration services for multiple projects:
- District-wide Comprehensive Security Risk Assessment
(46 Facilities) - District-wide Physical Security Technology Upgrades
(24 Schools) - R.L. Turner High School Auditorium AV / Multimedia Upgrades
- New District Data Center
- New Sheffield Elementary School
- New Multi-Purpose Facility
- Other security factors of importance for the District to consider, including Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design principles
Following the assessment, True North also delivered a Security Risk Assessment Report and Master Plan that identified threats and vulnerabilities for District assets and offered recommendations for remediation and phased implementation strategies.
True North also developed Security Technologies Technical Design Guides (TDGs) and implemented a consistent design of centrally-managed systems across the District.
