Trusted Tech Partner for Iconic Winter Skating Destinations

Since 2020, PMY Group has served as the technology partner for Arena Group’s Winter skate parks. These sought-after venues necessitate robust CCTV and Wi-Fi overlay to ensure guest safety and seamless payment system operations.

Teaming up with Arena, PMY provided services at prominent locations including Hampton Court Palace, The Queens House Greenwich, Westfield Shepherds Bush, Manchester Cathedral Gardens and Blenheim Palace.

This collaboration underlines the enduring partnership between Arena Group and PMY, marked by ongoing long-term installations running from early November to early January annually.

Our Wi-Fi provision was pivotal for staff operations, ticketing, and concessions usage. This involved deploying a primary connection through low orbit satellite, backed by 5G technology.

To ensure safety and security, CCTV operates extensively across each site. With up to 15 cameras at each location, local operators efficiently manage the footage, offering immediate digital output as needed.
