Advanced Stadium Technology Brings Innovation to Carrico Athletic Complex

The Carrico Athletic Complex serves all four Denton Independent School District high schools and includes 7,500 seat capacity with a horizontal one-story press box and intimate seating.

Grandstands were purposely lowered and extended to the edges of the end zones so all seats are as close to the action as possible. With two state-of-the-art video boards and a stadium ribbon board for multi-media content, Carrico Stadium boasts more
video board space than any other high school stadium in the country.

As a full-scale competition track and field facility, the Carrico Stadium is equipped with an eight-lane track with the Finish Lynx fully automated electronic timing systems that capture
full-color photo-finish results up to 1/1000th of a second. This stadium will house district track and field events in addition to soccer and football competitions.
