Palm Springs Unified School District — District-wide Risk Assessment

The District retained True North Consulting Group (A PMY Company) to provide a district-wide risk assessment. The assessment included Physical Assessment of Facilities for Capital Improvements and Non-Physical (including staff interviews, campus observations/behavior monitoring, review of training policies/processes, and reports). True North’s scope of work included site assessments, a review of policies and procedures, a review of emergency planning documents, analysis of security staffing and training, a review of current security systems, and development of incident response, evaluation, and reporting.
