SUPPORTING THE DP WOLRD TOUR IN IRELAND, UK AND FRANCE

The DP World Tour, renowned for hosting premier golf events featuring elite players at courses across the UK, France, Ireland, Spain, and the US, engaged PMY Group to support their deployment team for events in Ireland, the UK, and France.

In 2023, PMY collaborated closely with the DP Tour’s in-house technology team, offering comprehensive services such as managing equipment transport and shipping logistics, including pan-European delivery for network equipment. They provided detailed network design and overlays tailored to each event, executed the deployment, operation, and support of site-wide networks, and conducted remediation and installation of site-wide fibre networks to enhance connectivity. PMY also installed permanent fibre infrastructure into existing ducts offering greater network resilience and cost efficient deployments for future events at the clubs.

PMY implemented continuous network monitoring with daily reporting to ensure high performance and reliability, and arranged the necessary internet bandwidth for the courses. This partnership allowed for seamless integration of services, ensuring that all network requirements were effectively met.
