Federation Square sought PMY’s expertise to develop a Master Technology Framework that would guide and enable its desired technology and innovation transformation.

PMY successfully delivered the Framework, along with a Technology Asset Management Tool, outlining immediate priorities, key deployment milestones, and metrics for a 10-year period. Additionally, PMY prepared a Business Case and Delivery Program for eight ICT Strategic Projects to integrate efficiently with the Framework. PMY also established a Technology Steering Committee for executive oversight.

The project’s outcomes were substantial. The implementation of our Framework resulted in improved visitor safety and an immersive, high-impact experience for on and off-site customers, enriching the cultural experience.

The iconic precinct now enjoys greater personalisation and customer engagement, facilitated by a data-driven approach to activities. With an integrated digital journey, wayfinding, and information delivery system, operations have been standardised, centralised, and more efficient. In addition, we ensured the futureproofing and scalability of the technology solutions.
