FUTURE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS FOR FULHAM’S RIVERSIDE STAND

PMY was initially engaged by Fulham Football Club to conduct a detailed audit of the technology systems at Craven Cottage and planned Riverside Development.

Our task was to understand the current technology estate and outline the future technology solution for the stadium, driven by the new Riverside Stand, identifying world-class technology initiatives not initially considered.

PMY recommended vendors and suppliers, developed a budget estimate, and we continue to be engaged by the Club as the Lead Technology Consultant, advising on technology elements throughout the Riverside Stand development project, managing technology deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality and ensuring value for money.

The Fulham project’s technology design aimed to create a world-class, family-friendly entertainment facility with an innovative user experience. PMY leveraged AV technology for impactful visuals and ensured seamless architectural integration of solutions to maintain aesthetics.

We reviewed previously planned technology systems and infrastructure to identify risks and priorities, and rectified design gaps, leading to significant cost savings.PMY also introduced value-add technology initiatives.

The result of our engagement will be a cutting-edge, multi-use, 365-day facility that provides a superior fan experience, optimised operations for the club and increased revenue generation opportunities.
