Golf It!

A NEW GOLF AND ENTERTAINMENT FACILITY FOR GLASGOW

PMY has been working with the R&A, delivering the digital communication services for The Open Championships. 

The R&A has developed a new community-based golf and entertainment facility in Glasgow for its new venture, Golf It! which includes a new 9-hole golf course, adventure golf course for kids and families, a double decker floodlit driving range, tennis court, golf simulators, coaching and lesson facilities, food stalls and on-site nursery. 

PMY partnered with the R&A to provide an end-to-end managed service to deliver the technology strategy to the new venue, including the design, procurement, installation and upfront funding of the technology via a Technology as a Service (TaaS) model.   

The technology investment included an AV system, video walls, IPTV and CMS.
