True North Consulting Group (a PMY Company) has been honored to partner with the Austin Community College District, providing planning
and budgeting, design and specifications, bidding and negotiations, and contract administration services for numerous District projects.

For the Highland Mall campus, we delivered:

• Classroom Finish-out.
• Instructional Space.
• Instructional Support Space.
• Office and Support Space.
• Student Services Space.
• Building Common Space.
• Building Support Space.

At the Rio Grande campus, we delivered:

• Renovation of a computer classroom on the second floor of the Rio Grande Building 3000.
• Creation of three separate classrooms.
• Removal of four combination power/data poles.
• Removal of data cabling at power pole locations, back to communication closets.
• Relocation of three of four ceiling-hung message displays to teaching walls in each classroom.
• Coordination of power locations for message displays with MEP contractors.
• Provision for additional Owner-furnished Wireless Access Points (WAPs) for future use.
• Rough-in conduit pathways to support classroom teacher presentation cabinet connectivity with the data network, wall-mounted short throw projector, and wall-mounted multimedia speakers at the teaching wall.
• Coordination of rough-in details and power locations with MEP contractors.

At the San Gabriel campus, we delivered:
