In 2023, LIV Golf engaged PMY to lead the development and delivery of a bold, future-focused technology strategy.
PMY proudly authored LIV’s 2024–2026 Technology Roadmap and mobilised a cross-functional team to execute key innovation initiatives at pace.
A central achievement was the design and deployment of a Unified Data Platform (UDP) on Google Cloud, consolidating dozens of data sources into a single, real-time intelligence layer across fans, players, and venues. The UDP now powers LIV’s business insights, coaching tools, and fan-facing experiences via a modern API suite.
PMY also brokered a strategic partnership between LIV Golf and Google, reinforcing LIV’s position as a technology-first sports organisation.
