In 2019, the Royal Agricultural Society NSW (RASNSW) engaged PMY to develop a digital and technology enhancement strategy.

Recognising PMY’s exceptional work, RASNSW awarded PMY an end-to-end technology partnership, encompassing strategy, feasibility, design, delivery, and management.

Our contributions to the project were extensive, including installing crucial technology infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, IPTV, Captive Portal, Parapet LED, and Activation Zones. Additionally, PMY implemented a Smart Operating Platform at the Sydney Royal Easter Show, enabling efficient management of Capacity Control, People Counting, IoT Devices, Data Analytics, Operational Intelligence, and App Integration. 

RASNSW has witnessed huge improvements in their precinct, because of the technology solutions implemented. The integration of the Smart Operating Platform during the Sydney Royal Easter Show resulted in streamlined operations, optimised capacity control, valuable data insights, and seamless app integration.

This collaboration has positioned RASNSW as a digital innovation leader in the agricultural event space, enhancing its capabilities and efficiency.
