TechMedia supports and maintains the CMS platform and advertising network displays for the entire Westfield Australia and New Zealand digital signage network, which includes over 1,600 customer-facing digital screens across 46 shopping centres.​

Since partnering with Scentre Group in 2016, TechMedia has worked with Knox Constructions to manage deployment, removal, and transition from the previous partner. In 2022, we upgraded over 900 media player devices, minimising operational disruptions and revenue impact.​

Our dedicated Network Operations Centre (NOC) ensures 99.5% network performance, making the Westfield network visible to over 550 million shoppers annually.​
