PMY was engaged by Southern Cross Station – Australia’s second busiest railway hub – to complete a Network and Connectivity Project with core objectives of enabling future solutions, providing ubiquitous patron connectivity, and understanding data analytics.
We delivered a mobile-first experience with seamless connectivity and exceptional customer-facing solutions. Real-time data analytics continually improved the patron experience, while investments in ICT infrastructure reduced costs.
The project outcomes significantly impacted both People Experience and Technology. Patrons now enjoy outstanding services and a clear roadmap for future enhancements.
