staff assessment
True North Consulting Group (a PMY Company) worked with the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District (SCUCISD) in Texas, which has 15 campuses, 15,000 students, and 1,800 staff, providing a comprehensive technology and staff assessment to improve ways of working.
The technology assessment included on-site inspection and data collection for the following systems:
- Telecommunications Rooms
- Structured Cabling
- Switching
- Wireless
- Data Center
- Classroom Technology
- Bell/Clock/Public Address
- Sound Systems
The assessment process also collected feedback from District staff through one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and electronic surveys. True North also assessed the staffing of the technology team, systems and networking, computer technicians, and instructional technology.
Our findings were presented to the District’s Executive Leadership Team, who integrated the results into the District’s long-term strategic plan and vision.
