Purpose

This Quality Policy (Policy) is issued on behalf of PMY Group Pty Ltd, PMY (ANZ) Pty Ltd and Techmedia Digital Solutions Pty Ltd (PMY).  Our Quality Policy is integral to the performance and success of PMY and drives value for our customers, partners and people.

This Policy may be amended or withdrawn by PMY at its discretion.

Everyone working at PMY plays an important role in ‘keeping the quality promise’ to our Australian and New Zealand customers, including our employees and contractors, our people in customer and partner facing roles and enabling functions such as Technology, Support Services and Legal.

Collectively we are responsible for ensuring quality and reliability throughout our operations and delivering on that trust.

We provide expert services to ensure networks, content and platforms are deployed for optimal results. Whilst we aim to exceed customer expectations in every instance, we also recognise opportunities to improve the quality of our deliverables and continuously review and optimise our processes.
