True North Consulting Group transitions to PMY Group, expanding global reach

Texas, 2 September 2025 – True North Consulting Group (True North), a respected leader in technology consulting for education and government clients, will rebrand as PMY, effective 2 September 2025.

The milestone follows PMY’s acquisition of True North in August 2023, and represents the next chapter in delivering innovative, large-scale technology solutions to public sector organizations both locally and globally.

PMY Group Senior Vice President, Logan Meier, said the integration of True North’s expertise and knowledge combined with PMY’s global capabilities in tech, data and infrastructure, will strengthen client outcomes and drive greater impact.

True North’s roots go back to 1984, when Gary and Kit Elert founded Elert & Associates in Minnesota. The firm became a trusted advisor to schools nationwide before evolving into True North Consulting Group in 2014. Since then, it has continued to grow its presence in the public sector with a strong emphasis on independence, integrity, and personal service.

Under the rebrand, True North’s trusted leadership team continues in their roles joining PMY’s senior leadership team to drive strategic growth in the education and government sectors worldwide.
