POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a technical, detail-oriented, and collaborative Financial Accountant to support our operations across the EMEA region. This is more than just a role, it’s an opportunity to help shape the financial systems and processes that support our ambitious growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll Processing:

  • Support compliance activities, including tax, risk management, and supporting financial statement audits for EMEA entities.

  • Provide financial review of transactional items to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Assist with month-end processes, including meetings with business unit owners to review revenue and costs.

  • Contribute to the continued financial integration of our business units by ensuring a consistent application of policies and processes.

  • Assist in providing strategic support to the team with financial reporting, analysis and insights to support strong performance of the business.

  • Assisting with the oversight of cash (including forecasting) and overall finance requirements.

  • Deliver financial reporting and other ad hoc tasks as needed.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Qualifications: AAT, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (Part Qualified).

  • Experience: Proven track record in accounting/finance, ideally in a high growth environment.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software such as Xero.

Soft Skills:

  • Self-driven with strong time management.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Team oriented with a knack for collaboration.

  • Commercially savvy with strategic thinking capabilities.
