POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re excited to be recruiting for an IT Operational Support role at our Tamworth office! You’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external IT support, managing calls and tickets to ensure quick resolutions.
You’ll also receive training to program IT equipment for installations. While prior experience in programming is a bonus, we’re committed to helping you grow with full training.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first-line support to the technical helpdesk.
Offer on-site, face-to-face support to end users once trained.
Report directly to the Network Manager, providing day-to-day assistance.
Assist in servicing and testing a wide range of IT, CCTV, and AV equipment in preparation for deployment.
Handle general office duties to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Manage escalations from deployment teams to the Network Manager efficiently.
Maintain and support online and core systems.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required.
Valid UK driver’s license (manual) is essential.
Ability to travel to Birmingham regularly for site work, and be available for on-call and weekend shifts during peak periods.
Experience in programming IT equipment is advantageous.
Knowledge or experience in health and safety is a plus.
Strong proficiency in English is required.
An IT-related or other relevant qualification is a plus.
