POSITION OVERVIEW
We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic Contracts Administrator to join our US corporate services team. The Contracts Administrator supports the General Counsel and Controller to draft, review and negotiate contracts, and is responsible for ensuring contracts for all projects are executed, stored and managed. Additionally, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for state filings and providing essential support to the Legal and Finance Departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the General Counsel with drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal contracts and review of any incoming legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, AIA documents, consent letters and services agreements
Manage the contract workflow, including tracking contract status and prompting internal departments for updates.
Serve as custodian of all executed contracts, policies, and legal documents, ensuring they are properly stored and managed.
Assist with drafting and reviewing policies related to operational best practices.
Manage legal projects, deadlines, and communications as a liaison to internal departments.
Handle general legal and administrative tasks.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Paralegal Certification is highly preferred.
3-5 years of legal or contracts management experience required, with a preference for transactional and in-house experience.
Experience with AIA documents and design services agreements is valuable.
Must possess excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines accurately, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
