PMY was engaged by Fulham FC to conduct a detailed audit of the technology systems at Craven Cottage.
Their task was to outline the future technology solution for the new Riverside Stand and identify world-class technology initiatives not initially considered. PMY recommended vendors and suppliers, developed a budget estimate, and is now the Lead Technology Representative, advising on technology elements throughout the project.
The project's technology design aimed to create a world-class, family-friendly entertainment facility with an innovative user experience. PMY leveraged AV technology for impactful visuals and established a seamless working environment for club employees. They reviewed the existing technology infrastructure to identify risks and priorities and rectified design gaps, leading to significant cost savings. PMY also introduced value-add technology initiatives.
