PMY developed and executed a comprehensive Technology Master Plan (TMP) tailored for the one-of-a-kind Nassau County International Cricket Stadium, a 34,000-seat modular and temporary stadium.

The TMP included:

  • A detailed catalog of Event Technology Services to be designed, delivered and operated. .

  • Clear specifications regarding the delivery timeline, responsible parties, and implementation process.

  • Consideration of the relationships between each service to ensure a seamless and integrated solution.

  • Incorporation of key tools and processes essential for the planning, design, implementation, and operational phases of the venue covering technology budget, service catalogue, equipment allocation, connectivity matrix, integration plan, risks & issues, governance, reporting, resourcing and responsibilities matrix.

PMY was then appointed as Technology Integrator responsible for end-to-end integration and overlay of discrete technology networks for the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup 2024 across all three US venues including:

  • Execution of PMYs comprehensive Technology Master Plan

  • Resilient internet circuits and Venue Network LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

  • Host Broadcast Content Distribution over IPTV network.

  • Security (CCTV) cameras for video surveillance and Security Screening.
