PMY developed and executed a comprehensive Technology Master Plan (TMP) tailored for the one-of-a-kind Nassau County International Cricket Stadium, a 34,000-seat modular and temporary stadium.
The TMP included:
A detailed catalog of Event Technology Services to be designed, delivered and operated. .
Clear specifications regarding the delivery timeline, responsible parties, and implementation process.
Consideration of the relationships between each service to ensure a seamless and integrated solution.
Incorporation of key tools and processes essential for the planning, design, implementation, and operational phases of the venue covering technology budget, service catalogue, equipment allocation, connectivity matrix, integration plan, risks & issues, governance, reporting, resourcing and responsibilities matrix.
PMY was then appointed as Technology Integrator responsible for end-to-end integration and overlay of discrete technology networks for the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup 2024 across all three US venues including:
Execution of PMYs comprehensive Technology Master Plan
