In March 2021, PMY was engaged by New York City Football Club (NYCFC) to conduct an independent peer review of the engineer's proposed Basis of Design Documentation for various aspects, including "Technology," "Security," and "Audio-Visual" work packages.

During the engagement, PMY completed several specific tasks. Firstly, they assessed the suitability of the proposed design in each specified area to ensure operational fitness. They also identified any associated risks and opportunities. Additionally, PMY provided a vendor-agnostic budget estimate and conducted cost benchmarking analysis. They further performed a value engineering assessment to optimize the project's value. Additionally, PMY developed a procurement strategy to maximize financial, experiential, and operational outcomes throughout the process. Lastly, they identified additional technology opportunities to create a world-class and globally best-practice technology environment.

Through PMY's involvement, NYCFC aimed to ensure that the proposed design and technology implementation would meet the highest standards and deliver exceptional results for their project.
