POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Growth role is a critical part of the Strategy team, responsible for delivering market-leading commercial and technology strategies, supporting business development efforts, and strategic partnerships. You will play an essential role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality work, with a focus on written documentation, attention to detail, and client communications.
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate individual capable of supporting clients with innovative solutions driven by data insights, financial analysis, and strategic thinking. These projects will be key to shaping the future success of our organisation across global markets, including Australia, USA, UK, Europe, and Asia.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise across a broad range of strategic areas, including:

As you progress in this position, you will collaborate closely with senior executives on key strategic deliverables and contribute innovative thinking. This role requires detailed analysis, preparation of client materials, and high-quality external documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development Support:
Prepare pre-sales materials, including service proposals, pitch decks, insights and trends reports, and market research.
Support strategic partnership initiatives by supporting existing partners and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Contribute to refining business development decks and other client-facing presentations, paying close attention to accuracy, clarity, and presentation quality.
Strategic Consulting & Project Support:
Assist the Strategy and Technology project teams in delivering consulting engagements, board reports, and strategic plans that are aligned with client objectives.
Perform financial modelling, market analysis, and scenario planning to support business cases and decision-making processes.
Provide well-researched data-driven insights and recommendations to address complex client challenges.
Research & Analysis:
Identify emerging industry trends and innovations relevant to the sectors we operate in, including sports, entertainment, and technology, and provide clear, concise summaries for stakeholders.
Support the creation of documentation and reports with detail and accuracy, ensuring all materials meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have:
3–4 years of experience in consulting, advisory, business development, or a similar role in a corporate setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating client-facing materials.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with business development tools or CRM software is a plus.
A highly organised, self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining attention to detail even in fast-paced environments.
